Do you love to draw, but never seem to get around to it?
This class will provide you with a variety of interesting subjects to draw from – such as still life/objects, photos/pictures, and compositions of shapes and values – through which you will learn greater skill and confidence in drawing. You will have the opportunity to try different media including pencil, charcoal and conté and find out their different characteristics and which you prefer. Enjoy your creativity in an open and supportive atmosphere!
Some drawing experience is required
Pamela Dodds is recognized for her work in relief printmaking, including woodcut and linocut as well as painting and drawing. She enjoys introducing fine art techniques to creative adults in the community workshop setting and has many years of experience teaching relief printmaking, drawing and painting to adults and children.
