This fun-filled week explores multi-media and creative collaboration! Artists will learn how to work together to create an immersive installation by using 3D construction and painting methods. Artists will first work together to brainstorm ideas for their project, and create shaped painting surfaces by using reclaimed materials such as cardboard and foamcore. Next, artists will learn how to prepare their surfaces and make abstract and illustrative paintings, exploring colour harmony and composition in both 2D and 3D spaces.
