Three shipping options are available at the final step of Check Out:

Pick Up:

In-store and curbside pick-up is free, and can be ready on the same day!

Standard Shipping via Courier:

The shipping rate is determined by your location and the value of your order. See the chart below for rates. Standard shipping packages leave our shop within 2-4 days of order. If there is any reason for delay we will call you to discuss.

Additional shipping charges may apply for:

Oversized Items:

Quoted shipping weights may not apply if your order contains:

• Oversized items (ie. easels, large panels, rolls of paper, canvas)
• Overweight items (ie. presses or large quantities of paper)

P.O. Boxes:

Delivery to PO boxes is only available through Canada Post and may incur additional shipping fees.

Shipping Insurance

Orders with a value over $500 will require additional shipping insurance. You can choose to waive this insurance at your own risk.

Chemicals, certain consumables, and oversized items may require special shipping procedures and may incur additional handling fees.

Delivery to Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia*

Delivery to New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island*

Some northern locations, islands, and interior communities may incur additional shipping charges. For shipping to Nunavut and Northwest Territories please email us before placing your order.
