Charbonnel Aqua Wash Inks 60ml

Similar to the traditional solvent-based inks and made with the same pigments, these inks clean up with soapy water. They can be used for all forms of intaglio, lithography, and monotype. All coloris are lightfast and permanent once dry. Ideal for students and artists looking for an ink that does not contain solvents and is odorless, non-toxic, and easy to clean. The range consists of 17 colours available in 60ml tubes, three additives, and six blacks available in 60ml and 150ml cans.

Aqua Wash is a special etching ink that has been developed by the Lefranc & Bourgeois laboratory. The binder is composed of several oil emulsions. Its adhesive quality, its flexibility and its yellowing characteristics are identical to those of traditional oils, the only difference being that you can wash hands, materials and tools with water!
