Mix 3-5 parts cool water (depending on consistency desired) with 1 part Jin Shofu in a deep bowl and microwave on high for 20-30 seconds. Remove and stir and repeat for a total time of 3-4 minutes or until desired consistency is achieved. Using distilled water will extend the life of your paste and any remaingin paste can be stored in the fridge.
